AAAGHHH!!!!!
Last night I realized that.......my nape is BREAKING!!!!! I just about screamed. I decided "That's enough, no more flat ironing for me." I had flat ironed my hair for the holiday and prior to this there was no breakage. Now my nape has broken off to about shoulder length.:( I refuse to let this set me back. I am so close to my goal. Time for me to baby that area while continuing to care for my hair.

I noticed my nape was breaking to and it was thinning out. I guess because that's one of my problem areas[areas I forget].
